Objective
The Multicultural Multiplier: Cultural Diversity’s Impact on Travel Intent is a groundbreaking consumer study designed to explore the impact that cultural diversity has on traveler intentions. The research will be fielded in early 2022 targeting leisure travelers from U.S., Canada, Mexico, U.K. and China. The study's objectives are to:
• Quantify the impact that showcasing cultural diversity has on traveler audiences
- What traveler perceptions and behaviors are impacted, and by how much
• Uncover insights to enhance marketing effectiveness for culturally diverse experiences
• Define profile(s) of culturally curious travelers
